- Services : brokerage services and connection with lending partners.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The User declares to be of legal age and legally capable. PrêtoFlex reserves the right to verify these conditions at any time.
3. Services Offered
Finovies offers the following services:
- Loan Simulation : estimate of monthly payments based on amount, duration, and interest rate.
- Loan Brokerage : connection with partner banking institutions.
- Advisory : information on available financing products.
Finovies acts as an independent intermediary (COBSP) between the User and Lending Partners.
4. User Account
The User must create an account to access the Services by providing accurate information (name, email, phone).
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. In case of fraudulent use, contact securite@Finovies.com.
Finovies may suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these terms or prolonged inactivity (24 months).
5. Loan Applications
Simulations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a loan offer.
To submit an application, the User must provide complete information and the requested supporting documents.
Finovies processes applications within 24 business hours. The final offer is issued by the Lending Partner.
6. Financial Conditions
The services of Finovies are completely free for the Borrower. Finovies is compensated by the Lending Partners.
Displayed rates are indicative. The final rate depends on the Borrower's profile and market conditions.
7. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Provide all necessary supporting documents.
- Not submit false declarations or falsified documents.
- Comply with the terms of the loan contract concluded with the Lending Partner.
Any false declaration will result in the immediate rejection of the application and may lead to legal proceedings.
8. Data Protection
Finovies collects and processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
The User has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, and portability of their data.
To exercise these rights, contact the DPO: Finovies.com.
Data is retained for 3 years after the last activity (account data) and 5 years (loan data).
9. Liability
Finovies cannot be held liable for:
- Temporary interruptions of the Site for maintenance.
- Approval or rejection decisions made by Lending Partners.
- Final terms of the loan contract.
10. Right of Withdrawal
The Borrower has 14 calendar days after accepting the offer to withdraw, without penalty.
Withdrawal is exercised by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to the Lending Partner.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before bringing the matter before the courts of Paris.
